At Renzo Valenti, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@renzovalenti.com with your order number and a photo of the product.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items that are not defective but did not meet your expectations.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
Orders Not Yet Received
- To cancel an order before it ships, email us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be processing.
- Please provide your Order Number; without it, we cannot process cancellations.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting may take time).
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@renzovalenti.com.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To exchange for the same product, contact us at support@renzovalenti.com.
- To change an order, email us within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed as processing begins immediately.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, email us first at support@renzovalenti.com for instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
- If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
