Refund Policy

At Renzo Valenti, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@renzovalenti.com with your order number and a photo of the product.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that are not defective but did not meet your expectations.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

Orders Not Yet Received

  • To cancel an order before it ships, email us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be processing.
  • Please provide your Order Number; without it, we cannot process cancellations.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (posting may take time).
  • Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@renzovalenti.com.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange for the same product, contact us at support@renzovalenti.com.
  • To change an order, email us within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed as processing begins immediately.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, email us first at support@renzovalenti.com for instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
  • If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
